I finally figured out the issue. I used a plugin called Connect to Mobile to create separate mobile page versions of the desktop pages. Due to this, the desktop and mobile pages had separate Post IDs. So reviews being submitted through mobile were only being displayed on the mobile page, and the same for desktop. I assigned all the reviews to the desktop page Post ID for both desktop and mobile, and now the same reviews are displaying consonantly on both desktop and mobile. Issue resolved.
