Optimizing processes

I’m having some problems with my VPS failing every few minutes or so. It seems that my RAM and/or CPU usage is spiking. I have somewhere around 15 WP sites running on it. They are not heavy in traffic at all, so I guess most of the usage is caused by WordPress and the plugins installed.

Yes, I’m using a page builder on some of them (DIVI). But I also use Wordfence, WP-Rocket, and a few other plugins.

Monitoring the usage with the table of processes command it seems that it’s calling “php81.cgi” a lot. Is there a way to find out what processes are running so often? I want to try to optimize them.
