Option to exclude all embed content

Using the </strong> shortcode in WP should exclude the plugin processing of all links inside the block. Right now there is no way to exclude this or using a given class name, exclude all content inside a HTML block. </p>

<p class="">For example if i use in a post:</p>

<p class=""><code>https://www.mydomain.com/2020/10/08/example/

When this block is being rendered in frontend it should be excluded and not processed by WP Links plugin.
