When the PDF is not built with having a separate back cover page but the content pages have 2 sheets per page and so does the last page of the PDF have 2 sheets (the front cover page is 1 sheet only), that last 2-sheet-page is stretched / compressed to 1 back cover page.

Is an option available to have a back cover page be not displayed or a blank back cover be generated?
