This question is not about this plugin actually, this would be the programmability for the WordPress posts table. Whatever technique you would use to achieve that, same will work for other post types as well. Shop order is just a type of posts, page, posts and products are also different types in the same database table. So this question is irrelevant to the merger plugin but relevant to WordPress core. Please write to WordPress community.
