Additionally we have had 2 orders today cancelled by the customer as they were unable to pay due to an error.
When we have tried to refund a different order from a week ago we get the error message “A refund failed to complete: Http request failed. Reason: cURL error 28: SSL connection timeout”

I am raising a ticket with Interserver, but would like to know if there’s anything on your side which can also be looked at urgently as we cannot accept orders without this
