Hi there,
We’re having issues when an order is placed, its being automatically marked as complete, this only started occurring about a week ago and I cant work out what is causing it
We use Physical Products, none of the gateways are set to move an order to completed.
I’d appreciate any advise of where else to check, I haven’t added any codes or snippets to auto complete orders so am a bit lost!
