Hello @stevendigital
Thanks for reaching us.
The Free version of our plugin excludes both Drafted and out-of-stock items by default. So, you are requested to recheck the status of those products. There is no visual filter option available in the free version, but you can find different filters in the paid version, including the above you need.
If you have any queries related to the pro version, you are requested to contact us here – webappick.com/contact

Hello @ansarybadal,
As of the current feed produced by the site, i can see a product that is a out of stock and also is on draft. So to exclude any bug from the plugin, is there any setting I must check in the feed options or the settings of the plugin? Because i checked and i did not find anyting.
Best Regards
Hi @stevendigital
The issue you are reporting couldn’t be replicated in our test site. So, it could be a plugin conflict or miss-configuration which may have caused the issue, and we can’t help you solve it if you don’t provide us any sort of reference.
You can also reach us from here as we may have to inspect your site from the backend – webappick.com/contact

The support was fast. I also checked if there was any error with the cache or update interval. It comes out that I had to update the interval also and regenerate the feed. In other words, I was seeing an older version of the XML feed, where products that were out of stock or draft, were done after the XML feed was generated.
The support via email was also imidiate.
Thank you for your time on this one.
Best Regards
