/page/2 showing the same content as page 1. How to fix it?

How do you fix or diagnose this issue where /page/2, /page/3… shows the same content as the first page?

I am currently using an old WordPress theme (enfold 3.3.2) and I cannot update it because it might affect our SEO ranking)
