Page Builder for Non-Profits

Hi All,

I manage 3 WP sites for some non profit youth organizations in my spare time.
Full time, I've been a web developer for a few decades.
I would like to set them up with a page builder so it would make it easy to hand the keys over should I get busy or have to stop helping them for some reason. I DO NOT want to set them up with anything that has an ongoing annual cost.
Questions:
For those that have lifetime options, which would you choose for people that are very web aware, but not developers?
Are you aware of any of the offerings that DO have lifetime options that give discounts to non-profits?
