I’ve been using the Impreza theme basically since it came out. Was blown away with it compared to most themes on the market at the time. I’ve built well over 100 websites in it. I feel like I know it thru and thru. I use a bunch of the in built plugins (acf, custom post type, etc)
I’m noticing a lot of developers switching to the different builders like divi, bricks, etc.
My question is, would there be a reason for me to switch? Am I missing out on anything? Are these things that easy to build in that something like avada is no longer preferred?
I’m trying to catch up with the new stuff as it’s been about 3 years since I kept up with the market.
What are your guys thoughts?

A page builder is a plugin used in a theme. All WordPress sites must have a theme.
It all depends on if you are needing to switch. Are your sites meeting lighthouse requirements and operating correctly? Are your users and clients happy? Then no major issue.
A lot of people using things like Divi, Elementor, etc are switching to basic themes (I.e Hello Elementor) to help with bloat. It’s very similar to how Twenty Twenty-Four is extremely lightweight with Gutenberg. It all depends on your workflow.
Builders like Bricks replace both theme and page builder and are more similar to a developers version of Gutenberg/Twenty Twenty-Four.
This is a quick explanation and the comparisons are a rabbit hole you can get stuck in very fast.
Do not fix what’s not broken. Avada is not the most popular theme at this subredd, but it works for you, obviously.
It’s wise to have an eye opened at new developments, to test some of them.
I have found my setup (GeneratePress/GenerateBlocks) after abandoning Elementor. But, I always test some of my (test) sites with stock WP theme and recently with Bricks.
If I ever have to change GP it will be for stock WP. Bricks is just Elementor for developers.
It looks like the Impreza theme is “optimized for Gutenberg” which means that it’s a “classic” theme that should work with most page builders.
It might come with the WPBakery builder as a preset but you probably wouldn’t be obliged to use that one.
You may or may not be able to import “demo content” for that theme for more than their preferred builder. Since it’s ThemeForest that will probably be WPBakery or Elementor but it could be Gutenberg instead.
