Page caching is not detected to site health

LiteSpeed Cache plugin’s caching function only works on LiteSpeed webserver or covered with QUIC cloud CDN

so you are running on nginx , in this case, the plugin won’t be able to do page caching but only page optimization

So , for a month all worked really good and without WP error messages, I was lucky, now it’s time to change plugin.
