Page not displayed the same as in admin panel or other devices

Hello everyone,

I have this page that needs to be displayed this way, as shown in the admin panel:

But when you view the page normally, the blue background part goes missing:

However, it is displayed correctly when viewed on a phone:

All the other pages of the site are displayed correctly, the problem only appears on this one.

I don’t have much WordPress experience myself. If you could point me in the right direction, I’d greatly appreciate it.
