Hi I thought I’d renew this as I hadn’t used it for a while and thought it might be useful. But all it did was pay me up until 17th August 2023 – so I paid for a service I didn’t use and I spent US$24 for nothing. Now it is asking me to renew again.
Can you please fix this so that I get a service for 3 years from today or please refund me.
