I’m sorry but we cannot bring support for premium add-ons here in the WordPress forums (the BuddyBoss actions you mention are only available in the premium version)
Also, the support team member that is assisting you is providing screenshots with the same automation you have with proof that is working in a normal installation, commonly there is no need to connect to another website since issues can be reproduced or simply requires to check your configuration
We are inside EU, so a different with teams outside EU we have here strong laws regarding access to sensible data like the one is in your site (your users emails, their names, and the rest of their details) for that we only connect to sites if the issue requires it and always with a contract to meet the laws here in EU
