Paid Memberships Pro pmpro latest v3.1 issue – can’t edit content marked hidden with elementor!

Seems the v3.1 broke something? Even though I have the "Show Excerpts to Non-Members?" as YES, it seems to hide the posts marked for login access. More so, any post marked for membership is not even editable via Elementor!

Clicking edit with elementor for a post that has been tagged for a particular membership level redirects to the membership levels page and then pops-up 'the preview could not be loaded' wordpress message!

Any help? TIA
