Passing first_name data from email to wordpress page

Hello,

I’m setting a marketing automation and I’m looking for a way to achieve the following (don’t even know if it’s possible).

The leads receives an email with « Hello first_name » at the beginning. A CTA « Schedule a call » is part of the email.

Clicking the CTA brings the lead to a wordpress page. I want the wordpress to say « Hello first_name ».

Is it possible to achieve this?

Tools I use are WordPress, Pipedrive and Zapier.
