Good day! As the title says I’m going to be teaching someone to take over the website to maintain and update when I leave my company. The thing is, I’m not a developer and everything I’ve done on my WordPress site is just self taught and to be honest, not the greatest. But it was fun making the website better and building it from the ground up. Anywho. That being said any of the guides or tutorials I’ve seen are all for getting the website started and not really anything going into detail about products and just general information. Don’t really need to know how to register the website and find hosting and such. Any advice or resources you can point in my direction would be super helpful!
Just for reference, idk maybe this info will help? I’m using the Astra theme and it’s a general retail store without online purchasing options, but we have a catalogue of items listed for customers to see our prices and such. My goal is to teach her how to use variations and actually get the products entered into the system, update the blog, create pages and adding content. Of course I’ll be going over it but I’ll be off for the next while and want her to review things so it’s not all new information when I do sit down to go over things with her.
