The Customer Service Instructions are meant for when the user has any questions regarding the purchase and will be presented on the Ratepay payment instructions. The gateway can’t be enabled when the field is empty because PayPal requires it.
It’s up to you what you enter there and could be something like:
Customer service phone is +49 6912345678.
We’ll look into improving the setting description but I hope this helps!
