Glad you reached out, we’ll want to take a closer look at this. You mentioned you have Stripe Checkout, which is part of GiveWP’s premium Stripe add-on, and I can’t support a paid add-on here.
I’d like to have you create a ticket with the Priority Support team. You can do this by creating a ticket at , and logging in using the email address you used to purchase that add-on.
If you don’t remember that email address, you can send us an email at https://givewp.com/contact-us/ and include a note in your email that we asked you to reach out. Include as many details as possible in that email so we can hop right in to help.

The last sccessful payment was received on 19-03-2023 at 9-39pm. The first ‘pending’ payment was this morning at 10-35am.
