Hi,
I have tried to set up PayPal, but the box is greyed out, I get the following results:
- API: Your PayPal account is successfully connected in live mode.
- Payment Status: You need to address the following issues before you can start receiving payments:
- Your PayPal email address needs to be confirmed.
- Webhook: Webhook successfully configured for the following events:
- PAYMENT.CAPTURE.COMPLETED
- PAYMENT.CAPTURE.DENIED
- PAYMENT.CAPTURE.REFUNDED
- PAYMENT.CAPTURE.REVERSED
- CUSTOMER.DISPUTE.CREATED
- Gateway Status: PayPal is not currently active. Enable PayPal in the general gateway settings to start using it.
Re-Check Payment Status Sync Webhook
When I click on ‘Enable PayPal’, it takes me to the ‘Payments’ ‘General’ page where both PayPal and Stripe are greyed out.
I have read other replies for this and you state that if it isn’t set up properly, then it will be greyed out but as you can see, its all ok, so not sure what to do now?
