PayPal payment status not syncing with Woocommerce

Hello, normally Payment status on my woocommerce will automatically be updated by PayPal’s live API but it suddenly stopped.

Now order status won’t update ( on hold, cancelled, refunded) if there is any Payment status change on PayPal.

Any help please?
