Trying to upload a brochure PDF into my media library, and it always will not let me upload the file. No matter how many times I download it from Canva as a PDF (print and standard.) I have successfully uploaded other PDF files in the meantime into the Media Library. It is just this file. It is 2.2 MB

Have you checked your upload limit? Some hosting providers will set it at 2MB by default.
If it’s more than that, try to download a different file from Figma then use a different service to convert to PDF, perhaps there’s just something wrong with the file aka the way Figma converts it
