Running a big ole WooCommerce site. We’re frequently having users report that they attempt to login, only for the login page (the default /my-account page) to refresh without any error message provided.
I’ve seen it happen, but after typing in my credentials a second time it seems to go through. Needless to say, we haven’t been able to reproduce exactly why its happening. It seems to come in bursts, and with holiday season around the corner we don’t want this happening at higher traffic times.
How can I debug this when it happens intermittently, and when no error messages are provided? It’s not wrong password/username/email, simply the correct login credentials are entered, only the page refreshes and the user is not logged in.
