Phone Number Link

Hi so I currently need help with my website.So I added a phone number to my header of my site but for some reason it keeps converting to a link to click and call on the mobile site.I don’t know how to disable that so it can just be text or if there is a way to change the color so I can actually see the link.For some reason the link is black and the header is black so it’s hard to see where the number is.This is only happening on the mobile site.Please help as it will be really appreciated if I can get this fixed asap
