Photo Added to Block not Updating Changes

I just added a photo into a block on a page I am working on. To make it fit better, I changed the height and width of the image using the image settings along the right side of the screen. I clicked update and on the back end it is the correct size that I need. However, when I go to “View updates” it brings me to the Live page, but the photo is showing as the original size, not what I changed it to.

Any ideas what could be going wrong?
