PHP Deprecated when i switch to PHP 8.1

yesterday I changed the PHP version on my server to 8.1 and got the following message in the debug.log:

[16-Dec-2023 04:56:53 UTC] PHP Deprecated:  preg_match(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($subject) of type string is deprecated in /***/wp-content/plugins/ad-inserter/includes/mobiledetect/Mobile_Detect.php on line 1265
