Hi @mojamba,
I can see that you’re using the paid version of our plugin and we usually receive such support requests on our website while this is for our free version. It’s better to post on our website so that you can go through our troubleshooting list.
We tried to replicate this in both versions but are unable to so we’re thinking that it might be a plugin incompatibility. Can you disable all your plugins apart from ours and see if that resolves it. If yes, enable plugins one by one to see which one causes that. If not, we’ll need access to your website. In that case, make sure to submit a ticket on our website so that your credentials remain private.
Actually, I use the paid version on two sites and the free version on a third. The paid version is on a server already upgraded to PHP8+ but the free version is still on PHP 7+ If you see the error message I included it is quite clearly your script not an incompatibility with another plugin. Did you try to verify on a user environment of PHP 7.x? If not, of course you will not replicate the error.
We did actually with PHP 7.4 and 7.2. And, the error you shared in your first message has a path showing wp-mailinglist, which is our paid version. We’re here to help and fix this but as mentioned, we’ll need you to follow the steps so that we can determine the issue and have access.
The free version has a different folder name.

That’s tricky as the developer cannot and must not support customers on this site. Doing so can get them into real trouble here.

Yeah, @contrid send the user to your site for support. You can’t support them on this site as you know.
@mojamba For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well and this topic too.
Seriously, don’t continue this topic here. Go to their site as they will get into trouble here if they continue.

As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
Thanks @jdembowski 🙂 – We’ll definitely be waiting for his ticket there to support him.
