What are your favorite free or paid picture sizing options to use before uploading photos to your WordPress media library?
I currently use Microsoft SharePoint Designer. I use it because I can batch resize pictures and it is easy.
Looking for something easy to manage and that will hopefully be able to size multiple pictures at once.

Microsoft’s PowerToys has an [Image Resizer tool]), which can be accessed in the right-click menu. It can batch resize images, and is free.
I just use [https://www.photopea.com]) for anything images.
