Hi,
Leagues are nothing more than groups of players in the plugin. Not a league of teams/matches like the EPL. Maybe that is causing some confusion.
If you want to keep old data and then start a new tournament, then you should use rankings. You can attach a subset of matches to a ranking. But please keep in mind that having multiple rankings and a lot of old data can cause a long calculation times. It is not possible to ‘freeze’ old data.

Hi Antoine
I have already done that, I have assigned the matches of the new league to a new custom ranking, however nothing has changed predictions and scores from old league are still appearing even though on the scoreboard page I am selecting the new league.
(extra question: I want to hide completely the old league from appearing on the dropdown, I can do this with custom CSS but shouldn’t this be possible from the backend like hide league?)
Thanx a lot

Hi Antoine
I created a new page with shortcode [fp-ranking ranking=2 num=100] where the ID=2 is the ranking ID of the custom ranking I created before.
Everything works ok. Thanx for the suggestion.
Kind Regards
Periklis
