1. We didn’t just release this version – we just made a change to the readme, which also updates that time in the sidebar.
2. 3.6.5.1 is a re-release of 3.6.5, which is why it’s not in the changelog – there were no code changes between the two versions.
3. It’s still in the development version – we’ll definitely be including it in the next actual release.
