Please help, permalinks aren’t changing structure no matter what I try.

Hey all, if you can help me I’d be super stoked.
While trying to set up printify with Woocommerce I realized my permalinks weren’t changing structure. Printify needs the permalinks to be something other than plain.
I went into settings, permalinks and changed them around a couple of times. First I tried post name, then I tried custom and then all the rest.
Old pages didn’t change their links and with each new selection I created a new page. The new pages kept showing up as ZackHurtz.com/stickers or whatever the title of the page was.
Even when the permalink was meant to have numbers in it, nothing changed.
I cleared the cash on wordpress, cleared my browser cash and disabled all plugins.
I ran through the steps again, changing the permalinks, adding a new page and still nothing changed.
I followed a few methods of fixing the issue via Google with no luck.
I replaced the .thaccess file with a default version.
I removed all plugins.
I’m at my wits end and my hosting company isn’t helpful. Knowing them they’ll try to sell me one of their partnerships with a tech engineer.
I’m running the site via a hosting package from Ionos.com if that matters.
All I want to do is sell some dang stickers and this permalink issue is causing endless grief in my brain.
As you might figure out I’m a newbie so explain things like I’m dumb.

  1. Post some images so we can see what’s actually going on, e.g. the Permalinks setting screen, and link to your site.
