Please help remove the social links in the bottom homepage issue

Please help me.

I design my website based on an exist theme, but at the bottom of my homepage there has the default social links(please see the attached screenshot) that I want to delete, So how to do it? It looks at each page both have this “share” social links(is built in the footer?)
