Errors like this are logged. Check the error log on your server. If you can’t find the log, please contact your host.
Meantime, enable wp_debug and wp_debug_log and after an error, look at wp-content/debug.log to see if anything gets logged there. https://projectdmc.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
You can also try this: Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you cannot access wp-admin, there are other ways to deactivate plugins: https://projectdmc.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/#how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-the-administrative-menus
Our host is network solutions so they won’t help us. I did the debug log and there is a lot but i’m unsure what any of it means.
Please paste some of the debug log here or, if very long, on pastebin.com, then put a link to that here.
https://pastebin.com/1R4pDbgt Thank you!
I recommend asking at https://projectdmc.org/support/plugin/depicter/#new-post so the plugin’s / theme’s developers and support community can help you with this.
Wouldn’t disabling all plugins fix that?
Disabling THAT plugin would help.
Hi Steven, I was able to delete that plug-in and a few bad snippets and the site is back! Thank you for all of your help.
