Plug-in Suggestion?

Looking for a (paid) plug in where I can create tables that can do the following:

• Import and export data in xslx and/or csv format.
• Allow the user to sort and/or filter the data.
• Allow me to add search box to look for specific data.
• Allow me to create hyperlinks that open in a new tab.

I'm currently using TablePress and the current table has the abilities 1-3, but lacking #4 and the client is very particular on how the user is redirected to a new url.
