Hi @cwrksr,

Thank you for bringing this up!
We’ve addressed this issue in the latest version of our plugin.
In your case, the problem may be caused by WP Rocket caching the following file:

https://cdn.trustindex.io/loader.js

We appreciate your suggestion, we do have a WP Rocket subscription for testing.

To resolve this, please try the following steps:

  1. Ensure you are using the latest version of our plugin.
  2. In WP Rocket, clear and preload the cache.
  3. If the issue persists, try these additional steps to refresh the file in your browser:
    • Clear your browser’s cache.
    • Use a private/incognito window to check if the stars appear correctly.
    • Perform a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 or Command+Shift+R on most browsers).
    • Open the cached file manually in a new browser tab:
      https://cdn.trustindex.io/loader.js
This should force the browser to fetch the latest version.

If you could share a link to your site, it would help us investigate further and provide a tailored solution. 😊 Let us know how it goes!

Best regards,
Laca from Trustindex

  1. i updated yesterday
  2. i removed it, your plugin works, i enabled it without enabling other options like css and js things, and your plugin breaks
  3. i always visit my site logged in AND in incognito and i ofc always refresh

its about e.g. https://kuechenstudio-reissig.de/kueche-kaufen-in-schmalkalden/

logged in, your stars are visible, but not logged out (cached)

I dont know if it makes a diference but i also have WP Rocket | Disable Used CSS Fonts Preload installed, because it broke another plugin

btw i noticed it loads from /uploads/ and not from your file? (if i understand that right <div data-src=”https://cdn.trustindex.io/loader.js?wp-widget” data-template-id=”trustindex-google-widget-html” data-css-url=”https://kuechenstudio-reissig.de/wp-content/uploads/trustindex-google-widget.css?1732105670″> )
