Plug in to change photo layout on mobile devices?

My website has a lot of images which I have inserted into columns so that they are displayed several in a row. The problem is that on the mobile version on my site, it shows the photos one by one and it looks very disorganized. Is there any sort of FREE plug in that would allow me to rearrange or shrink some of the photos on the mobile version of my site, without changing the desktop version? Otherwise my site seems to be optimized fine for mobile, it’s just the photo layout that’s a problem
