Hi erickkirui,
please excuse the error in the plugin readme. Donation Platform for WooCommerce requires at least PHP version 7.4, which is why the parsing error occurs. I recommend you to update the PHP version of your website, because PHP 7.3 and earlier are no longer supported since December 2021 and could be a security risk.
