Thank you for reaching out! The purchase details need to be exported from the eCommerce plugin that you’re using.
Furthermore, to match the purchase data to the affiliates, make sure to also export the commissions from SliceWP. The commission’s “reference” value represents the “ID” of the order from your eCommerce plugin.
By exporting the purchase data and the commissions to CSV, with the help of a sheets application, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, you can match the “order ID” with the “reference” and see which purchases were referred by affiliates.
