Plugin for Guestbook/Testimonials?

I’m building a page that’s going to feature a “Take the Pledge!” type video, and below that, a place where people can say that they’ve taken the pledge, and to share an anecdote about themselves.

I’d like the plugin to have a simple webform for their name and one text-based field, and then a way to cycle through responses and display them on the bottom of the page, along with a running total of how many responses have been submitted.

There are so many testimonial and guestbook plugins out there, can anyone recommend one? Preferably free or less that $30 a year?

Edit: I use Hello Elementor for my theme and Elementor for my page editing.
