I went to add a plugin to my website and when i went to it, instead of seeing the homepage I saw an error message stating that there was a database issue.
I then logged into the server via SSH and tried to log into the mysql but was unable to as the service wasnt running. I then restarted the service and reloaded my website and it came up.
I then proceeded to go to the plugins page to add a new plugin but was then met with the max upload file size issue so went back to the server via SSH and edited the php.ini file to increase the upload\_max file size to be 100mb.
I then went back to the website to again try to add the plugin and once i add it, it comes back with -1 and nothing else. I then went to add any other plugin from the plugin page (not via a zip file) and every plugin i click on i get update failed. on the install button and Installation failed: -1 up top as can be seen on the screenshot below (this happens to any plugin).

Anyone know what the hell is happening to my website/server and how i can rectify the issue so that i can install plugins on my server again? I was actually in the process of backing it up to move it to a different host when all of this occurred so now im in a bit of a bad spot since I cant even install a plugin to backup the server in case something does go sideways.
Any help would be appreciated.
