Would like to ask help
Our client is sometimes experiencing payments in paypal that are not recording billing/shipping addresses. On what instance or reason could this be? It looked like this is not caused by the payment button in single product page, as the data redirects it to checkout and have the billing fields be auto populated. So what could be the reason why it is not recording billing/ shipping address after a successful payment and how can we prevent this?
