Hello.
I am looking for a plugin that will med these requirements:
* When a visitor comes to any page of the site, my custom full page message will appear instead of the content.
* This page will only be shown given certain conditions (only once per visitor etc).
* I will be able to fill the page with any HTML (heading, text, link etc).
* It shall be a full page message, not just a popup or an overlay.
The purpose is to show users temporary messages (i.e. reply to our survey, check out our camparin etc) and also be accessible to users with screen readers.
