Plugin that accepts payments but woocommerce?

I’d like to add a plugin where people can pay you over Stripe/PayPal/etc after submitting an attachment and their contact info over an input field.

So I guess I am asking for two plugins, one where you can send a file, such as a PDF doc…

And two, where people can send payments. But without having to create an entire woocommerce store for that.

Is it possible?
