Plugin that auto shares posts depending on their language to specific facebook page?

I have a blog in three languages using polylang. I tried Jetpack to auto share my posts but it only supports one language and will post all three languages to my main english facebook page.

Is there a plug in that supports polylang to share to pages with specific languages?
