WordPress has an implementation for tinymce. Meanwhile this implemented one is very old (version 4.9).
This old version has security issues. Check this discussion:

If you don’t upgrade to a newer version why don’t you delete the implementation and allow users easily use the current cloud version which is 7 for now?
At the moment it just creates conflicts when using the cloud one together with the old integrated one.
So please update it or remove it.
Not doing anything is the worst!
