I have very basic knowledge of the technical side to website building/hosting but I am determined to secure a good score for my website. I am prepared to put in the work.
How can I improve my score? Do I need to start at the foundational level of my server etc or use accelerators like wp optimize and plugins of that nature?
I’d really appreciate any advice on this or perhaps just basic education and pointing me in the right direction of knowledge banks I can use to upskill my understanding.

Who are you using for web hosting and what kind of webhosting are you using? You may be using hosting based on Litespeed, in which case you can use the free LSCache plugin which will have a big impact. Then mix in their CDN or in inexpensive CDN service.
But its impossible to know without speicifcs.
Is this on the mobile or desktop test? Does the website actually feel slow when navigating through pages?
