It looks on the face of it like a false-positive as the file in question appears in a cache folder. Some customers choose to exclude cache folders in Wordfence > All Options as they can be flagged for non-core or other issues from time-to-time: https://www.wordfence.com/help/scan/options/#exclude-files
If the file does seem suspicious to you, you can always double-check with samples @ wordfence . com, who’d be able to give you a course of action if anything malicious was found.
