Our tech team has investigated your account and identified that the issue is being caused by a third-party app, specifically the consent management plugin powered by Complianz | GDPR/CCPA Cookie Consent: https://projectdmc.org/plugins/complianz-gdpr
We were able to reproduce the issue, and the solution is to disable the toggle for Omnisend Marketing within the Complianz settings. Once this is done, the forms should begin working again.
