Now, onto the solution for you. You will need to implement a little PHP snippet using the Code Snippets plugin — https://gist.github.com/andreiglingeanu/cd5af3438a39ab864d56e63c646f09c2. This ensures that Gutentor’s styles are loaded throughout the site, as they are using some exclusion mechanism to not load them on special post types, which Content Blocks are in disguise. Implementing the snippet and clearing out the cache should do the trick!
